What is the
CTC Program?
The Clean Truck Check (CTC) program, launched by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), aims to reduce harmful emissions from heavy-duty vehicles operating in California. This applies to both in-state and out-of-state trucks as well as owner operators and fleet owners.
